Do I build an autonomous agent?

That is not the goal. You write a delegation contract, build a behavioral prototype and observe a demo with real tools and a fixed plan. You learn to delegate with limits before automating.

Do I need to code?

No. The executable demo runs with one button; editing the code is optional.

Which AI tool do I need?

No paid tool. Use the one you already have, a free version, or work with the worked case.

Do I need a VR headset?

No. The incident simulation runs in the browser and has an equivalent accessible alternative; both count the same.
