Do I need a technical background?
No. The course is written for decision-makers, not implementers. There is no code, no setup and no unexplained jargon.
How long will it take?
About two hours (116 estimated minutes), at your own pace. The platform saves your progress. The monthly live session is optional and not included in that time.
What do I get when I finish?
Three competency badges and a verifiable digital certificate from XFactor Academy. Each badge is earned with the practice of its stage; the certificate with the required practice and a final assessment score of 80% or more. It is not an official certification from a regulatory body.
Do I need a VR headset?
No. The committee simulation runs in the browser and has an equivalent accessible alternative; both count the same.
Are my answers public?
No. Your answers and plans are private. A badge's public page shows only your display name, the achievement, its criteria and the date.
